Hunters Pointe is one of the more attractive subdivisions in Statesboro. It has a strong sense of community where neighbors mingle and get to know one another. People are commonly found going on walks through the neighborhood or enjoying various activities in the common areas. The Hunters Pointe Homeowners Association maintains a swimming pool and covered pavilion, tennis courts, a playground, and a paved walking trail.

Like other homeowner associations, we have a set of protective covenants that are designed to help protect our property values by keeping our neighborhood well-kept and attractive. By purchasing a home in Hunters Pointe, each of us has inherently agreed to abide by these protective covenants. You can find a copy of the covenants on this site below where you can read or download a copy. Please note that it is important to get approval from the Architectural Control Committee before making any structural changes that affect the external appearance of your property. This includes changes such as an addition to your house, putting up a fence or shed, installing a satellite dish, and changing the color of your roof, siding or shutters.

This website was created to help provide information to our homeowners and give them a better means of contacting one of the Association’s officers or committee chairs. If you have questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us. Contact information for individual Association officers and committee chairs can be found below or by using the Contact Us button at the top of this page.
